By default, Leadmonk offers two types of notifications to choose from:
- Calendar Invitation (most common)
- Email Confirmation
Both options provide detailed information about the booking, including date, time, location, and any additional notes or instructions.
In the email confirmation case, Leadmonk creates an ics file that is automatically sent to you by email. Your invitee receives an email confirmation with an event file (ics file) that can be added to their calendar.
