Can we mark a past appointment as a missed appointment and trigger missed appointment email in workflow? For example, a client missed the appointment. LM treats it as a past appointment and does not allow any edits. The Workflow will continue and send a thank you email after the meeting, making things weird.
On the other hand, we could offer a rescheduling opportuntiy and try reopening the lead with a well crafted missed appointment email.
